Missionaries from Guatemala to Panama

 

We recently returned from Panama, C.A. with great reports of the Glory of God being manifested in that country. During the 17 day journey many lives have been changed forever. Our trip began with the medical missions team, Healing Touch Ministries, of Monroe, MI.  Our 3 day clinic and evangelistic crusade were held in Piedra Pintata’ to the Nove Bugle Indians where the Gospel has never been heard. This village is about a five hour drive from Panama City where 60,000 Indians live as farmers in the mountains.

 

Many of the people who attended the crusade walked over four hours. 358 people came to the clinic and 238 received Christ as their personal Savior! After that successful campaign we went on to Colon to the Kuna Indians for various clinics and outreach. The Healing Touch team left after 9 days of ministry. I continued on for an additional week to minister in many other places.

 

Through the entire missions trip 368 were gloriously saved, 278 baptized in the Holy Spirit, and many healings took place. One man that was instantly healed testified that after falling 25 ft off a construction site building he had lost the use of his right arm. He was instantly healed in one of the services. The team was used mightily of the Lord in Panama, yet so much more needs to be done to reach the villages where the people are. We must all do our part in taking the Good News to the world. Whether we are the ones going or the ones helping to send another with our prayers and love gifts our lives will greatly be blessed the Lord.
